Most fruits also contain MSM, but no sulfur from cysteine or methionine, because there is hardly any protein in fruits. MSM has also been found in tea, coffee, beer and port wines.

Since MSM is highly volatile and most of it is lost in the steam during cooking, steaming and even dehydrating, it is important to eat vegetables and fruits raw, or only minimally processed.

COLESLAW WITH VEGAN MAYO: Here’s a simple home-favourite of mine that I’ve enjoyed for a long time and it just happens to be a great source of sulfur (as it contains raw cabbage and onion) and is therefore a great option for boosting our Glutathione levels! πŸ™‚ (Recipe has been adapted from the book ‘Rawlicious’ by Peter and Beryn Daniel)

  • 2-3 cups of grated red/green cabbage (organic)
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped

Vegan Mayo:

  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 cup pure water
  • 1/2 tablespoon (T) of apple cider vinegar (ideally organic and unfiltered)
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1x garlic clove
  • Himalayan salt to taste

Add the mayo contents to a Nutribullet (or blender) and blend until smooth.

Fold the mayo into the cabbage and onion in a bowl.

Add curcumen (turmeric) and black pepper (as an additional nutritional boost)!

Enjoy with a salad or as an accompaniment to any meal. Yum! πŸ™‚

12. PICKLED GARLIC RECIPE ~ Raw garlic is a great way to boost glutathione levels! πŸ™‚

Ingredients:

5-10 garlic bulbs (depending on jar size)

Apple cider vinegar (ideally organic, raw and unfiltered) and/or tamari

Raw honey

Instructions:

Peel the garlic cloves

Place peeled cloves in a wide-mouthed glass jar

Add apple cider vinegar/tamari to completely cover garlic

Place jar in a warm spot (eg sunny window) and leave for 3-4 wks

Strain off liquid and set half of liquid aside (can be used for dressings or marinades)

Place the other half of liquid in a saucepan and add an equal amount of honey.

Warm over very slow heat stirring until honey is thoroughly mixed with the vinegar (or tamari).

Leave to cool

Pour sauce back over garlic in jar, recap and leave for a further 3-4 weeks.

Eat at will! It has a sweet, hot, pungent flavour! So yum!

Can be stored in a cool, dark place for a year or longer (but you’ll probably eat it long before! πŸ˜‰

14 day detox:

3x day water fast under intense supervision together with the following key nutrients:

  • L arginine – 1000mg bid
  • Liposomal Glutathione (NAC) 250mg bid (1200mg bid)
  • Serrapeptase – 80,000 SPU bid
  • Liquid Iodine – 600mcg bid

Followed by 11 days of organic plant-based diet. Continue with the above key nutrients and add in the supplements from Protocol 2a.

PROTOCOL 3

  • Suramin (From Pine-needle tea – see videos below) 3 cups per day – high risk individuals; 1-2 cups per day for prevention.
  • Iodine 35-75mg per day (dependent on individual circumstances)
  • Fulvic acid (as per instructions on label)
  • Magnesium (topical application of MgCl in the evenings according to label instructions)
  • Selenium (5-6 brazil nuts/day or as a supplement – 55micrograms per day for adults and children >14 yrs, but higher requirements with cancer and other specific health challenges)
  • MSM (as per instructions in Protocol 1)
  • Vit D (Ideally sunshine or supplementation where necessary) – the goal is to raise Vit D levels to a minimum of 50ng/ml, but not exceeding 100ng/ml.
  • Activated zeolite (1/2 tsp once daily – increase slowly to 1 heaped tsp twice daily)
  • Chlorine dioxide (as additional boost where needed) See instructions below (#15)

15. MMS (Chlorine Dioxide) PROTOCOL: Most potent oxygenator known to man! Please refer to calls for info on when to use (or reach out to me on the private chat group). Note: there are different formulations of MMS. The directions below apply most specifically to activating 1-to-1 with HCl.

16. TONIC FOR COLDS, FLU & SORE THROATS

Ingredients:

  • Half a yellow onion, roughly chopped
  • 5 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1-2 red chili peppers, roughly chopped (with seeds if you can handle the heat) J
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of ginger, roughly chopped
  • Juice of one lemon/lime
  • Apple cider vinegar (organic and unfiltered if poss)
  • 500ml Jam jar with screw-on lid

Directions to make:

  1. Add chopped onion, garlic, red chili peppers and ginger to jam jar
  2. Add fresh lemon juice
  3. Fill jar with apple cider vinegar leaving approx. 1 cm of room at the top
  4. Cover jar with lid and leave for a day or two before refrigerating. Your sore throat, cold, and flu tonic is ready for use!

(This tonic is fine if left unrefrigerated, and will last for months).

For the first few days of use it is a good idea to give the jam jar a good shake before use.

Dosage instructions:

  • Take one teaspoon as often as you’d like (eg 3-4 x per day). One tablespoon will often eliminate the beginnings of strep throat.

Note: This tonic has quite a bit of heat so it’s wise to err on the side of caution and use smaller amounts for young children and those who are highly sensitive to spicy foods.

19. MEDICINAL PLANT RECIPES ~ see Call ~#15 Foraging for Medicinal Plants for full details

Tea infusion (for any medicinal plant): Dependent on the individual plant and where its medicinal qualities are stored, leaves, buds, flowers, berries or seeds may be used.

  • 4-6 T Dried leaves (or 6-8 T fresh leaves) – place in a glass jar (approx 1 litre in size)
  • Pour boiled water over leaves filling the jar
  • Leave to steep for 30-45 mins
  • Strain leaves and pour tea into a mug (adding hot water to mug if you prefer your tea hot)
  • Add raw honey to taste (optional)
  • Enjoy! πŸ™‚

Dandelion Tea ~ if you’re trying to cut back on your coffee, this rich and somewhat bitter tea can help you wean yourself off while enjoying a superbly healthy drink!

  • Preheat oven to 175C
  • Chop fresh dandelion roots (or 50/50 Dandelion and Chicory roots for that coffee flavour)
  • spread roots evenly over a cooking tray
  • Bake for 30-40 mins or until roots are dark brown
  • Leave to cool
  • Add 1/4-1/2 parts of the raw root for added benefit (optional)
  • Grind roots in a coffee grinder (or blender)
  • Make a tea decoction (as below)

Medicinal Decoction of roots (or fibrous/woody parts of any medicinal plants)

  • Place 4-6 T Dried ground roots (or 6-8 T fresh roots) in a small saucepan
  • Add 1 litre cold water
  • Bring the mixture to a slow simmer (on low heat)
  • Cover and leave to simmer for 25-45 mins
  • Strain roots and pour tea into a mug
  • Add raw honey to taste (optional)
  • Enjoy! πŸ™‚

Dandelion Mocha ~ also great for cutting back on coffee!

  • 3 T roasted dandelion root (see roasting instructions above)
  • 1 T raw cocoa nibs or raw chocolate
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk (or cow’s milk)
  • 1 T honey/maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Make a decoction (see above) of the roots and cocoa nibs in 3 cups of water
  • simmer for 30 mins
  • Strain roots
  • Add remaining ingredients, mix together and reheat if required
  • Pour into a mug and enjoy!
